1. Shipping Information

• Fast Processing: Our shipping department operates 5 days a week. We strive to process and ship all orders on the same day they are received.
• Local Warehousing: To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship daily from our distribution centers in California, Texas, New Jersey, and Georgia.
• Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.
  *Delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or carrier issues.

2. Large & Heavy Items (LTL Shipping)

For large or heavy items (such as commercial-grade popcorn machines weighing over 150 lbs), products will be shipped via professional Truck Freight (LTL).

• Requirement: Please provide a valid phone number during checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
• Delivery: Liftgate service is typically included to help lower the product to the ground.

3. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product with quality issues or damage sustained during transit, please contact us promptly.

• We will expedite replacement parts or a complete new unit at no additional cost to you.
• Most PopBria items are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
